So much happening this season in the travel realm! I had the distinct honor of speaking at the Naked Truth Singles Conference in Memphis last week. Came home for a short stint and we’ll be off to N. Dakota to pick up our youngest from college. But along the way I am looking for great stops to share my newest book, Creative Cooking for Colitis and its second version, Creative Cooking for Simple Elegance. The second cookbook should be finished and ready to go in the next few weeks.
Just in time to go with me to Colorado for the Colorado Christian Writers Conference mid-May. I’m excited because I’ve been asked to speak on how I tie missions to my work. This is a very important issue for me. I believe strongly in supporting those ministries that seem to have been placed on my heart by God.
Then in June and July, I’ve been invited to be on tour with the Life and Faith Tour on the opposite side of the country. Wow! All this travel is a blessing, but I hope that it brings blessings to others too.
